If you cancel a booking less than 7 days prior to arrival, fail to arrive, or leave before the original departure date, we reserve the right to claim the total booking amount.

Smoke detectors with audible alarms can be found in each bedroom and other smoke and heat detectors can be found at strategic positions around The Hive at 52.
In the event of any one detector being activated, the alarm will sound throughout the building and the entire building will be evacuated. Fire extinguishers and emergency lighting are provided at strategic positions and along escape routes.
While we will be present on-site overnight, the alarm may still sound when we are not in the building during the day or if we are away in the evening. In the event of an alarm, please evacuate the building immediately following the emergency instructions and contact us at 07583 942 579, for further instructions.
