About Reviews
First things first, we took a little break in August and headed to Norfolk for some much-needed R&R. We explored the lovely town of Aylesham, hit up the beach, and even ventured to Norwich. It was a blast, but alas, bills and university fees don’t pay themselves, so we’re back at it again with the B&B business.
And let me tell you, we’ve been buzzing with excitement over the influx of bookings and rave reviews from our guests. Seriously, if you’ve stayed with us recently and haven’t left a review yet, pretty please with honey on top, take a few minutes to jot down your thoughts. Podcast
In other news, our very own Harro was recently interviewed for a podcast! He made the trek to London for the recording, and we’re thrilled to share that it’s now live. The Podcast discussed the journey of Harro coming to the UK all those years ago (1994), his career path via various hotels in London and the North West and ending with opening The Hive at 52. But wait, there’s more! We just received word that The Hive at 52 is a finalist for not one, but TWO awards at the Cheshire Marketing Tourism Awards 2023/2024. We applied for the Ethical, Responsible, and Sustainable award as well as the Small Serviced Accommodation Provider award, and we’re beyond thrilled to have made it this far. Tatton Park’s Yuletide: A Glittering Winter Garden Adventure.

Dunham Massey is hosting a magical trail with new lights for 2023.
This after-dark adventure is perfect for the whole family, with color-changing batons of light, a huge silver star shrouded in mist, and star-shaped arches to marvel at. Plus, there’s even a chance to catch a glimpse of Father Christmas himself! https://bit.ly/Dunham-Massey
Northwich is hosting their Christmas Extravaganza.
This fun-filled day includes free activities across the town center leading up to the Lantern Parade and Northwich light switch on. Once the festivities have finished why not enjoy a few nice beers or gins at one of the many fabulous bars finishing of with a meal at That South African Plan, Bombay Quays or Kanya Northwich.
