Who are we?

We know you we will be look after you, with a combined experience of 50 years of hotel experience. In addition we offer a comfortable and stylish Bed and Breakfast. At The Hive at 52 you will find a friendly face, comfortable beds and, of course, a fantastic breakfast. All rooms are maintained to a high standard to ensure modern en-suite facilities for all of the bedrooms. Our rooms & public areas have not lost the original character of our Victorian home. 

Harro, who originally came over to England from Holland to work in the hospitality industry some years ago, will be your main host during your stay. Lucy will be working in the background and taking care of our two daughters. We offer you great English hospitality contrasted with a bit of Dutch directness.
