We can do the sleeping and eating at The Hive at 52. We are lucky that we have a choice of pubs, restaurants and take away restaurants in and around Weaverham for you to have a nice light lunch or a evening dinner. Check out more details below.

Guest Bedrooms

Our three guest bedrooms, Bee Comfy, Bee Happy and Bee Cosy, offer a cosy space for you to work or relax during your trip, featuring:

We have two rooms with king size beds however which can be converted into two single beds if required

The Breakfast Room on the ground floor, where there is a selection of books, games and magazines, is open for you to use throughout the day

Our guest rooms are accessed via our front door, to which you will have access for the duration of your stay

Should you have any special requests regarding bedding or specific dietary requirements please contact us prior to your booking to ensure we can accommodate your requests.


Breakfast is served in our Breakfast Room on the ground floor. We now serve breakfast in up to 3 serving slots,  between 6.55- 7.40; 7.45-8.30 & 8.35- 9.20 am Monday to Friday, and 7.55- 8.40; 8.45-9.30 & 9.35-10.20 am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Breakfast will also need to pre-ordered by 21.00, the night prior.

Full English Breakfast

Harro’s Big B breakfast continues to receive rave reviews. We’re proud to support our local butcher by offering you their handmade pork sausages, as well as the usual bacon, eggs, mushrooms and of course homemade hash browns.

Lighter Options

If you don’t fancy the full works, why not treat yourself to some breakfast cereal, porridge or a lighter B, plus as much toast and you like.

Coffee, Tea & More

You’re free to enjoy as much tea and coffee as you like, including our wide range of teas. In addition we have a selection of fruit juices for you.


Unfortunately we offer no evening meals. However there is a wide choice of places to eat and drink in and around Weaverham including Cumin Cottage Indian restaurant or The Hanging Gate pub both less than one minute walk from the B&B, and the Hazel Pear Inn less than one mile walk.

The Hanging Gate– 01606 852 969 – Situated just 2 minute walk from The Hive at 52. A lovely country pub situated in the rural Cheshire village of Weaverham where you can enjoy quality food and drink in relaxed and inviting surroundings. 

Cummin Cottage – 01606 853 334 – Situated just a 2 minute walk from us, offering quality authentic Indian food either to eat in or to take away. Very friendly staff ready to serve you your favourite curry.

Hazel Pear – 01606 854 434 –  A little further away, however still just a +15 to 20 minute walk from The Hive at 52. Somewhere you’re always welcomed and relaxed. At the heart of the community serving wholesome food and a wide selection of hot and cold drinks

Riverside InnA 5 minute drive from The Hive at 52 Incredible value 2-for-1 meals and craft beers at The Riverside Inn. A family-friendly pub situated right by the water. Grab a place on the patio, in the beer garden, or in the conservatory for views across the River Weaver.
