We are an ideal base for business travel, with easy access to the M56 and M6 and just a short drive from Gadbrook Park, Winsford One and Daresbury Science Park. Travelling by train, no problem, the closest train station is Acton Bridge. Cuddington, Green Bank and Northwich train stations are just a short taxi ride to The Hive at 52.

The Hive at 52, Weaverham, is right on the doorstep of some of Cheshire’s biggest business locations, with most of them just a short drive away on local A-roads rather than the motorway, making us a genuinely convenient choice for business accommodation near Northwich
Home of Roberts Bakery, Eurocamp, Barclays Bank and many more businesses. The Hive at 52 sits just 5.5 miles north of Gadbrook Park with easy access via the A556. Why not use The Hive at 52 as a base when visiting or working at Gadbrook Park, Northwich.

Also just off the A556, Cheshire Business Park is a well-established commercial destination offering modern office accommodation to a range of businesses, with a Travelodge, Costa and Co-op on site for convenience. It’s a similar drive from The Hive at 52 to Gadbrook Park, around 15 minutes (6 miles), so the two make an easy double stop if you’re visiting both in a day.

Visiting Ecolab or one of the businesses on the new Winnington Business Park? You can’t get much closer accommodation than us, just 2 miles, a 4 minute drive! Meeting or working at Winnington Hall (GLR offices) is a little further but still only about 3 miles (8 minutes).
A little further on the other side of Northwich you will find Wincham Industrial Estate. Your morning commute from The Hive at 52 would be about 15 minutes (5.4 miles).
Travelling towards Warrington you will find Daresbury Park Industrial Estate and Daresbury Sci-Tech Park. Again a short commute to and from The Hive at 52, about 15 minutes (6.7 miles).

Home to over 160 companies including Rolls-Royce SMR, Cavendish Nuclear and the National Nuclear Laboratory, Birchwood Park is one of the North West’s largest business parks. It’s a little further afield via the M56, around 20 minutes (12 miles) from The Hive at 52, making us a handy overflow option whenever Warrington’s business hotels are fully booked.
